NYS YOUTHS IN HUNGER"SURA YA KAZI" TO KNOW THE TRUTH

Its high time us as youth in kibera try to minimize our hunger towards destroying things  we have developed and  instead we must  look forward to not destroy but to develop many other projects that are beneficiary to the kibera people community but nys youths in kibera Nairobi this Tuesday destroyed a public toilet and a dispensary

while demonstrating following rumours that there were plans to lay off youth engaged in a slum upgrading project initiated by Devolution  Anne Waiguru

As a youth we must continue with our work to develop the country because we are the leaders of tomorrow  while we leave corruption work to people who deal with it as a youth in my hood kibera if there is corruption in the project, proper investigation must be done to revile the truth that will leave everyone  heart relieved .nys youth .they get a weekly stipend of Sh1,648. In addition, they receive Sh140 a day, which goes to their sacco.

A CRY

                                 A cry

internet photo
Have you ever felt guilty of not doing something?
A feeling of being imprisoned and you can’t do anything.
Yes I feel so; guilty and prisoned in what am seeing.
I woke up find one or two young people either killed when stealing.
Or someone killed during the process of being stolen at night in dark streets.
When I see all that I feel as if I can turn myself to an angle to stop what’s going on.
Every evening in every corner on the streets there is a burial preparation going on. Young youths doing what’s the best to their fellow friend who passed away to make sure he/she is buried in proper way, as the other  human being even though he/she was a thief or a bad person in the society but the badness in that person  was led by circumstances or poverty in the streets.
Can you imagine staying whole day without anything to put inside your mouth, staying life of full of questions WHY??? God this is happening to me not other person out this is what leads this young youths to do such things and in the end they end up being killed in the struggle of survivor. As I youth and am living in slums of kibera shouting to anyone outside there to hear my cry that youth in my hood need support to stop what’s is happen in it. Poverty, unemployment and improper basic education also lead to this. Wish one outside there who is reading this post was the one living in my hood to see and experience life how it’s hard in this hood. Thanks to Sitawa know I know how to block and more about   mental health and I have experience that blocking is the way to express your feeling to unreachable people out there thanks.

THE TEN COMMANDMENTS OF KIBERA

   1. To be robbed is a must unless you are an angle
2  People of kibera believe in tradition when it comes on circumcision so it is a must to be circumcised
   3.  Everyone in kibera is a fan of football when it comes in Gor mahia and FC Leopard.
4.The command that applies in kibera is love your neighbour as you love yourself that why the houses are build close to each other
   5.  Believe in peace, love and harmony that why in kibera there is all ethnic group from 47county in Kenya.
6.When it comes in striking for their right they have one thing in common in their minds no re-trite no surrender
7People in kibera live in readiness of any emergency like if fire broke out or a demolition without their recognition.
8 Have one language in common that sooth everyone that is “SHENG”.
9To survive is a must due to lack of security, food if you are an employed.
   10. Guess work really works at night when passing on dark streets.

Do something Government

Yesterday i was shocked to see on citizen tv that statics indicate that my hood kibera holds 60% of crimes commited and 98.8% have been witnessed,in my opinion thats true but i doubt the statics but due to lack of employment and increase of drug abuse is leading to all this. But i thank president uhuru kenyatta for deploying NYS in kibera thats an opportunity to those youths who are unemployed,i think in the end of this year there will be a theme of charge.Hoping by next year the statics will read 40% or 30% dicrease in crime.
